Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
If any Company send me letter of Indent for service with joining date and asking for discharge letter from present service, which I was agreed,but that Company cannot absorve me in time, what can I do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should explain the limitations that you have with your present employer and request your new employer to drop their request asking you for the discharge letter from your present employer, stating that they should instead rely on the service certificate that you can request your present employer to provide you with.
