Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
"A" is a company who sold a product to "B" with a confidentiality clause that B is liable if B sold the product to a third party. But there is another clause that B can sell the modified product made with help of such product to a third party provided he offers to sell it to A first and A rejects the offer.Can "A" still sue "B" for breaching confidentiality clause?
