Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
is it compulsory to provide the total detail of property while applying for probate or we can provide the inventory after getting probate.kindly tell me where it is mentioned in Indian succession act 125.I have read 317 but it doesnt mention what document and detail is required while filing probate.

Dear Pratap,
The complete detail of the property ought to be mentioned in the Will, and the same is taken into consideration while grant of the Probate by the Court.
