Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in
coud the police officer investigate the complain in which the police officer is accused ? or should be directed by the joint commisioner of police to the D.C.P to investigate the complain in which the D.C.P is as an accused? what is the guidelines or direction of supreme court regarding this type of investigation

the investigation, even against the police officer is done by a police officer only and he may be an officer of the vigilance department or the crime branch.
