Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Couple of months back I had taken money from one person for Monthly intrest due to immediate hospital expenses. I had given a cheque to that person. Now that person is increasing the intrest from monthly to 10 days intrest. Please help me to know as that person might misuse that cheque.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the lender is unreasonable and too demanding, you should repay the money to him by one hand, and take back your cheque from him / her on the other hand.
