In a court rulling, what are the dues that may be required to settle all the dues, is that the writ of summons written by the claimants ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
To put it in simple English, if the judge has ordered / ruled / decreed that you have to settle all the dues to the claimants / opponents, it means that you have to actually pay the money to the claimants / opponents.
