Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am cultivating my portion of agricultural land for the last 45 years and so as my cousin brother after a mutual separation without any written script. Now after 45 years my cousin brother wants to re-divide the entire land and also want my portion to be given to him. How can I prevent him from doing so.
