Dear Sir / Madam,
The previous Landlord-Tenant relationship has been abolished way back in 1985 and has since been replaced by the Licensor-Licensee Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) wherein the property is leased by the Licensor to the Licensee for a fixed term duration ranging from 11 months to 3 years.
