Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my dad had been allotted a corporation owned house from last 60 years. he had browned sum of Rs.200000/- from a party without any agreement, rent is equal to interest of the sum amount mentioned above. they occupied above property from oct 2007. After 5 to 6 years now, i'm ready settle that debt amount of rs. 200000/- But that party is not ready to vacate that house they have sent caveat petition under section 148-A of cpc. Please advice us to retain our house. My dad was v.upset due to this matter.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Although your father may have valid reasons to be very upset, you need to first ascertain whether your father had the privilege / right to lease / rent the corporation owned house to a third party. If yes, your father has a case to ask the lessees / tenants to vacate the premises. If not, the house has to be handed over by your father to the Corporation.
