Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My daughter availed an education loan from a nationalized bank in 2005. I am a bank pensioner of the same bank. The loan went bad and the bank filed a suit against my daughter and myself being guarantor of the loan. Now the bank recovered a good sum from my pension account towards the credit of the loan account.
Whether it is in order to attach a recovery on my pension as my pension is needed for existence and to meet any contingencies.
