Dear sir / Madam,
If the father has already specifically willed / gifted his property (irrespective of whether it is ancestral or self acquired as long as the title of the property is in his name) to his son without any mention of his daughter, the daughter has no legal right to claim a share in her father's property. If there is no Will, the daughter has an equal legal right to her share in her father's property along with the other legal heirs.
Regards,
