Dear Sir / Madam,
Love marriages are here to stay. Father is the best judge to decide about the future of his property ... he can throw out his daughter out of his house after her marriage ... but he cannot disown her as his daughter where her legal right in his property is concerned. Brother forging father's signature on property documents, if proved, is a criminal offence liable to punishment rendering the transfer of title of the father's property in his name "null and void".
Regards,
She may be entitled a share in father's property if he has died intestate. The necessary remedies may be pursued in the local court. It may be better to engage a counsel.
