if a daughter marries the man she loved but father cuts off all relationship with her,then can a father throw her out of his property share?or can she still has the right to claim ?father is no more she is not in touch with the maternal side due to brothers misbehaviour .does she still have the right to her fathers property?what if brother has forged fathers signature and made all property in his name?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Love marriages are here to stay. Father is the best judge to decide about the future of his property ... he can throw out his daughter out of his house after her marriage ... but he cannot disown her as his daughter where her legal right in his property is concerned. Brother forging father's signature on property documents, if proved, is a criminal offence liable to punishment rendering the transfer of title of the father's property in his name "null and void".

She may be entitled a share in father's property if he has died intestate. The necessary remedies may be pursued in the local court. It may be better to engage a counsel.
