Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have a daughter and had mutually agreed divorce last year but before signing divorce papers my husband took my sign on all property for his name and is not letting me meet my daughter also.
i am still paying their housing loans and my daughters entire educational expenses as he is incapable of that but i am not allowed to meet her even once
reason he gives that i have moved on but i never wanted to move on but the reason for this is his rude behaviour
can anyone help me in getting the custody of my child

you may file a petition for custody as suggested above and also move an application for visitation rights.
