Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am the one and only daughther for my mother passed 20 years ago, I didnt apply for legal heirship , recently 3 years back my father expired, I got legal heirship for my father from the tahsildar , now I want legal heirship for my mother what are the procedures for this , is there any limit to get the legal heirship for my mother.

Dear Madam,
Since you already have the legal heirship certificate for your deceased parents (father and mother), the District Tehsildar will not issue a legal heirship certificate for your mother.

you may file a petition for succession in the court of district judge.
