By the grace of Almighty ASW i have win the case of order 37 recovery suit and judge has passe the order with full payments. Now what is next step.

1) Should we submit execution how much time for this and if other party goes to HC then total estimated time of this

Congratulation! The next step for you to file the Execution Petition before the court which have passed the decree in your favour and against the defendant/ opposite party.

In cases of money decree, the Hon'ble High Court can't suspends the decree untill and unless the judgment debtor must have deposited the 1/3rd part of the payment. So in your case, i can't give you the proper advise unless i should have the complete file of the case and then i will provide you best legal opinion and advise.
