Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
dear lawyer
i purchsed 5 marla land sale deed, i paid total amount, possession was given to me but not transferd .
so filed suit for declaration and permenent injunction and attached Rs. 500 court fee.
suit decided exparte but court ordered to submit Rs.15000/- as court fee.
is it valid.
my lawyer says its not legal on declaration suit court fee is not apply.

dear brother, court is right. Because from your contents it's clear that this suit was actually for specific performance and not the Declaration, So court fee has to be paid.
