Dear Madam/Sir,
If a male child is unable to prove the marriage of his parents,
due to loss of old certificate, but has proof of over 40yrs of recently deceased fathers existence with family, what are the inheritence rights of the male child over mothers and fathers ancestral properties

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can always obtain a Succession Certificate from the Court. A legal heirs share in the property may be determined by a Will of the deceased.
