Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
Dear sir, I want to get your advise on a very old case, a person had two wives, due to family problems, he started living with his send wife, the 1st wife and his children were living with their grandfather, later grandfather through will given 1/3 of his property to his (3) grandchilds and deprived the other 4 from the second wife of that person. The property was distributed amongst the three at that time and not challenged by anybody. please advise is it ok in pakistani law and can those 4 challenge this will now.
