Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir, i am a builder and i entered in to a collaboration agreement and on the behalf of i was applied for free hold owners property and same time i was sold my share through bayana un registered agreement with the terms and conditions that purchaser shall be pay part of payment on bhumi pujan and balance shall be pay in five installment on the casting of slab of said property but now purchaser could not hear my request for part payment and in the contract we mention that if the second party or purchaser infringing from the terms and condition then we can forefitted his bayana amount and sold to another party that share but due to late of free hold done by me because free hold job is very tough in govt and there was take time we dont any do for that and in the contract no time bar for starting of construction mention by both party and after starting we shall be libel for handed over that proerty but if purchaser could not full fill in present commitments of contract then how he taken that proeprty from us ? please guide me.
