Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir,
There is a civilcase going on in court .I want to make compromise with my opponent with out court. He is also willing to make compromise. Can I make it or not.

yes you both can definetely settle the matter out of the court and inform the court accordingly. but in my opinion it would be better if a compromise was in writing a copy of which could be submitted in the court. if your matter is settled through mediation the courtfees filed is refundable.
