Dear Sir my daddy pay cheque to my sister ans she withdraw money from bank throgh self ,because daddy pay for house token money.this processes since 20004 my sister do hose registred her name and husband name and she refuse 2004 to back daddy money

me and daddy in possession before registration of property,and she allready loose one case against my daddy some mis post office ac case and judge pass order against her (she done fraudently make mis account and withdraw amount from account not paid any money to dad i m younger son who only care daddy at old age and daddy death 2013 march we both daddy and me fight case against here daddy in delhi and he won nd me in gurgaon for house ,sir is it posssible we fill against her and claim all daddy money and house because adddy paid money for house and i am possession before registrartion,

Dear Sir,

Since your sister has lost the case in the Court, there must be a judgement restoring that the title of the house vests in your deceased father's name. If your father has left behind his Will that the title of his house should be transferred in your name as the sole beneficiary, you should obtain a Probate from the Court on your deceased father's Will, and get the title of the house transferred in your name.
