dear client....
Unresgistered agreement to sell does not have any value in eyes of law... you can make the agreement in 100/-Rs stamp paper and get it natoarized... while execution sale deed you need to pay stam duty.. for any query mail me at [email protected]
Dear Sir
The Unregistered document has no legal sanctity.
The sellers are not bound to purchase the Stamp Duty and traditionally only the buyers are liable to purchase.
