Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir, i would like to know as to what are the documents that have to be submitted to the property tax department for the change of name on property tax bill transfer of succession as my mother has expired on 9-12-2011 and my elder brother has no objection for the transfer of flat on to me being the younger son. I have made my affidavit and my brother has made his NOC and I also have the society NOC on letter head and my mom and dad death certificate plus pan card aadhar card electric bill ?

you might have to file a petition for succession in the court of law.
