Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir,
My elder brother wants to sell the plot which is register with name of my father and my father was passed away 5 years ago. My mother is living with my younger brother. My elder brother is threaten for selling the property. Please suggest what to do in such condition.

Dear Sir / Madam,
With the demise of your father, the title of the plot vests in the name of your mother. You should get the title of the plot transferred in your mother's name, to thwart your elder brother's intention and motive.
