Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir, my father expired in 2005. my family have 3 sisters, 2 brothers and mother. Matter is that my grand father not intersted to give property to us (property buy by grand father). Is the any law for this

it is your grandfathers self acquired property. He is entitled to give it to whomsoever he wants.There is no law in your favour.
