Dear sir my father will be died at last 5 months, that he brought some money from finance and he signed the pro note, but we don't know that dealing. now that financier tell me to put the sign in new pro note. i need the advice what we do i put the sign or not, my father signed pro note is now live or not. kindly give me one solution.

please do not sign any document.let the financer prove his case in the court of law. Do not take any burden on your head. for further query contact 93123411481.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The onus to prove that your deceased father has not repaid the money back, lies on the finance company. You should check for the date of repayment mentioned on the promissory note. It the repayment date is way before your father's demise, you should ask the finance company why they did not initiate recovery action against your father while he was alive ? You should never ever sign a fresh promissory note.
