dear sir, one free hold property 200 yard out of 300 yard purchased from bank auctioned through sale deed in my favor executed by bank . and on the basis of that sale deed we confirm from mcd that they could not approve building plan but we entered in to an un registered collaboration agreement with a builder with the conditions of builders that he taken old building structure i-e like a mulba condition building against the demolishing charges and also shall be construct with the approval of plan by owner but now neighbor could not want to start the building and builder escape from litigation after starting of construction without approval of mcd and he said that first you people approved mcd plan then i start building construction and in the contract we decided that if the owner not full fill the terms and condition then builder can charge double amount of bayna with all charges of commit-ions etc from the owner but we want to start the construction without approval of mcd if we forcefully start from the builder that construction then who was responsible for that illigal construction if mcd demolishing on the complaint of public because as per our contract builder bound to construct the that property but not libel for demolishing by mcd but builder can taken his own share 1/4 from whole property against the construction of said property. i think builder could not intrested to start the construction without approval of mcd then what can i do against the builder acording my situation that i had a freee hold proeprrty but not approval able from the mcd and second who responsible for action of mcd third how recover the old building sturuture demage from builder?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Prior approval of the Delhi Municipal Corporation is required to proceed further. Since the old building structure has already been demolished, nothing can be done to recover damages from the builder. It is important to get consent letters from all concerned and submit them to the DMC to grant approval to proceed with the construction on the plot.

a lawyer has to go through the collaboration agreement between you and the builder to guide you better.
