Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir, one of my friend had property in hyderabad owned by his mother, they are 2 brothers and 3 sisters all are married, one of the sister is murdered by his own husband and they had no children, now they are all decided to sell the property and now my question is, Is any rights there for a husband who killed his own wife who has no children if there what is the solution because my friend and his siblings not ready to share any amount to this victim please guide us

A person may not be entitled to inherit his wife, if he has been convicted by a court for the murder of his wife.
