Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear sir, we have a land property which belongs to my grand father (Father's dad) he gave it to his wife(father's mom) after my grand father's death my grand mother gave the land to my father. My father wanted huge amount so he kept the land in bank by givingpower off autiny to my mom. The bank also gave the money. But the bank didn't ask for my sign being a major I should also sign for the property. Now the bank are selling our property. Without daughter's sign how they can gove the money and now how they can sell our property kindly clarify my question.

Dear Madam,

If the title of the land was in the name of your father and your father has mortgaged the property against a loan; in the event your father fails to repay and settle the loan, the bank has the right to auction the property. Your signature is not necessary thereto.
