Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Hindu My father died in 1979 left mother sister, 2 brothers, I borrowed money did sister marriage on 1980, my mother also died, sister went with her younger brothers to earn money to bangalore. the partition was done in 1990s between male members, the patta has been transfer to my name but we didn't register the land, whenever I called my brothers they didn't come for registration. now my sister file the case for share. now what can I do is there possible to give her?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should ascertain the value of your sister's share of the land and from that value. deduct the marriage money borrowed by you, and you should pay off and settle the balance to your sister.
