Yadi kabza apke pass nahi hai to police complaint kijeye or court me section 6 Specific relief act ki petition lagayiye aur kabza vapas mangiye . Dear Sir / Madam,

Agar saamnay wale nay aapko sirf aadhay hissay kay paisay diye hai, toh kisi bhi haalat may woh kehe nahee saktay kay unhonay puree zameen aapsay khareed lee hai. Aapko Tehsildar kay daptar may sirf aadhee zameen kay kaagzaat dastakhat karnay chahiye.
