Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir
I got married 12 years back.I have 3 kids.My wife gets frequently feat problem.I have spent lots on her but it is not cured because the problem is from her mother so the doctors also now refuse that it will be corrected.I am employed & I am only source of income.I am much worried about my kids.Pl suggest whether I can marry again legally with keeping my wife together.My wife is suggesting me to marry because she is not able to take care of either me or my kids.

you had put a similar question earlier for which I had given a reply. Wether your wife agrees or not the second marriage would be void and will lead to several problems subsequently.
