Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir,
My parents disowned me n my wife from there property in 2014 because they want dowry bt I was not supposed to take dowry .Firt they said leave our house.We left house but aftr few months they disowned me n my by making allegations that I had threatned them and abuse them and they published a public notice in one regional newspaper about me n my wife disowned from property. Sir that property is first name of my great grandfather then tranaferred to my grandfather but when it transferred in name of father .It also indicates that my grandfather sell this ancestral property to his son in 50 thousand. After a year of disowned my wife gave birth to my son.After that my parents takes us home by taking a affidavit in writing that we dont claim on property till they are not happy with us.When we came back home they again start humilating my wife and during that period my financial condition was not good.But one month before they have startd beating my wife and abusing nonsense comments about her character.then my wife filled a case against my parents for mentally n physical distrub..My parents then sentus a legal notice that we have to leave there house.i want to know can I challenge them because it is ancestral property or not because my grandfather sold it..Awaiting ur response.Please help me out
