Dear Sir,
If a person send legal notice base on Fake conduct story for Mortgaging of property and after Reply of this notice . same person file a suit in disst court on bases of another fake conduct story he have no any such Document Proof .. and what is the legal proses to stop him this type cheep act. hand how close a Fake Suit ....

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should simply plead in the Court for the plaintiff to provide documentary evidence in support of his claim. If he fails to furnish the evidence, the Judge hearing the case will take into consideration the lack of evidence and rule the matter in your favour.

you may file an application under order 7 rule 11 of CPC for dismissal of the case.
