Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear sir,

We are planning to sell my father's ancestral property which is in the name of my grandfather's name, my father has two younger sisters and they are very rich, my father passed 23 years ago 1993, and my grandfather passed some 42 years ago, we have been using the property from my father's times, now my question is, can we sell the property without any consent of my aunties, do they have any rights to climb on the property? I have seen a Law passed by the Central govt that women don't have any rights on ancestral property which was not partitioned before 2005 by their father's presence, for the law became effective from that on. Is it applicable to Christians as well? please help me to understand my situation.
