dear sir if property is in litigation for hireship certificate can i change rent receipt ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
To change the name on the rent receipt, you will need the approval and consent of the landlord, who, if he is a party to the litigation proceedings, will be reluctant to amend the name while the case is in the Court.
