Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir
I am Ritesh Kumar age 21..
Belonging to Hindu family.
I have a brother or a mother and my father is not still alive.
There is some ancestral property (land + buildinds) had been left by my grand father and by my father.
after the death of my father he had not make any will.
sir i had a problem that my mother or brother started to sell the property without my notification one by one.when i said to them to stop the selling of the property they said to me that there is no rights of you on this property.
Have i no rights on that or to stop the selling of property.
i primarily want to stop the selling of property.
and also want to take my shares.we are 3 person in my family (1) Me (2)Brother (3) Mother.
sir i want to know that the property will be distributed by how many person among my family.
plaese give me a suitable guidance to take my shares from them.

You have right on the property and you can stop the selling of the property but for that you have to adopt legal procedure. And you can do more than that if would like to take legal action against them.
