Dear Sir / Madam,
Check and reconfirm the reason for you providing the Licensee with your Property Tax bill. If you are going to permit the Licensee to occupy your shop / store for a long duration of time, by long I mean more than a year, and you have intentions of renewing the Licensee's Agreement for Leave & Licensee (ALL) thereafter, you may part with a photocopy of your property tax bill stating a condition that it is provided for a fixed time period of maximum 3 years only. Don't give the Licensee a photocopy of your Property Tax bill now, if your going to evict him / her at the end of the current ALL tenure / period.
Regards,
