dear sir i am 28 yrs old women i love some one a married man he love me but my parents has harass me my younger brother is also beat me very hardly i feel very lonely and so in our country has no rights for me pls replay

are your rights limited to getting involved with a married man ?? a family is being broken and if he has kids what then??Is he willing to divorce his wife to marry you?? divorce proceedings are a lengthy affair so you will wait for till to clear the legal mess??please try to move on in life and you will surely find the right person .dont enter into a relationship out of deprtession,or lonliness
Till this man is divorced, you may not be able to get any social, legal or moral right to have relationship with him.

Dear Madam,
It is illegal and an offense for a girl to love a married man, knowing fully well that he is already married. If convicted, she is liable to punishment which may include a fine of Rs. 50,000/- plus 3 months imprisonment.
