dear sir
i am an accused of ipc 302. charge is about to be framed by the court.i was summoned by magistrate under the saidection. my question is that can i appear in the state civil services exam and am i eligible to be selected.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Section 302 : Whoever commits murder shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for life and shall also be liable to fine. If you are convicted of the offence and your imprisonment is ordered by the Judge, you cannot appear for any examinations while you are in the jail.
