Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir,

I am eldest girl having 3 siblings all are younger. Please suggest what to do further

In 1990 my parents purchased 300sq yards from Surya prakash son of Venkat and obtained GPA (General Power of Attorney).

My father constructed house with 2 rooms and we are paying current bill,House tax and govt had issued bathrooms under the scheme " Parishudha Pachadanam" staying in

the property .

But after my father's death, In 1999 Sudir son of Surya prakash did double registration to Madhan sqaring 190 sq yards with intimation of my father's death (in 1995).

My Mother has done registration in favour of my brother in the year 1999 Dec.But opposite person has done registration in the same year in Apr.

With unproper lawyer, guidance and knowledge they cheated us , we did not even get notice that we need to attend court on so and so date.

We also registered a case in high court and given order to rectify the plot no.31 which is wrongly written as plot no.11

Third time in supreme court declared "to dismantle unauthorized structures if stay order is provided no need to dismantle the structures"

We have also done rectification and corrected plot no.31 instead of plot no .11 ( it's self declaration).

Note : ( My Mom lost original GPA papers). Opposite person Madhan sold to some other guy he took position( from court orders and police support) by harrassing us

knowing that we don't have any support as my father died, no boy's support in my family.

How many years do we need to get stay order ? and what must be done to get ? since two years we are waiting for stay order but nothing was done from our lawyer.

my mother did registraion for my brother in the year 1999

surya prakash diedin 2001, my father died in the year 1995

1 Answer from Attorneys

1) To obtain stay, two years delay is too long, the reasons unknown.

2) U hv to discuss with another local by presenting facts and records
