Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir,
I got exparte divorce in June 2014 because of my wife not attended the case for 1.5 years. She applied for set aside order on November 2014 (with 139 days delay). Reason she mentioned for not attending the court is her lawyer not updated her about the hearings in court. The court accepted this reason and given the set aside order on April 2015. During this set aside process, if I re-married (on March 2015), whether it is illegal, what kind of punishment I will get for remarriage. Please help me to understand.

Since you have already married, now you need to focus on the pending case and instead of worrying about what may happen in future.
