Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir,
I am having a property issue.My father had divided his property among us his children.We are 9 members and a will was made for the partition after his death. But all of them registered the land in their names even before our mother died which is actually against the will.
Now when I went for the partition I find that 2 cents of land to be missing from the 21 I inherit.It is kept by my younger brother and now he has started making a road with that land.Is there any way I can claim this land back. He is rich and have bkught the police and panchayath officials with money and they support him.Is there a way I can prevent road construction and regain my property.
I am from Kerala and we are christians.Does that abide me under certain laws
