Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir

I had given the following Request on Public Grievance site. This request had been forwarded to the Employer of my husband Banaras Hindu University through University Grants Commission . Today when i checked the status of my complain it was showing "Case Closed,The applicant may seek help of the police in such matters." Please Suggest Can i register any FIR Against my husband regarding forgery or if yes under which section of IPC i can do it,please suggest.

Respected Sir, My Husband Dr.Vijai Prakash Singh has kept me in dark since the last 38 year s of my married life and also university authorities since the last 34 years of his service period with Banaras Hindu University. Just wanted to request you all to do something for me atlease so that I can get my legitimate rights.I am a 58 years old lady and I am in desperate need of help from your side so please do something for me atleast. Dr.Vijay Prakash Sing has given the name of his mistress as his wife in his service record ,they don�t have any proof of marriage but I have all the evidences of our marriage like photographs,invitation card and 125 CRPC order of maintenance in my favour, Please help. Thanks Regards Smt. Usha Singh

I would need more facts from you before I can advice you. are you married to him are there any court case pending. was this issue taken up in any matrimonial case.for further query contact 9312411481.
