Sir
Since you are the Complainant you can oppose Anticipatory Bail Application of the Accused in the Gujarat High Court. Currently Justice Paresh Upadhaya holds the charge for Anticipatory Bail in Gujarat High Court. He will permit you to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the Accused.
You have to engage a lawyer in High Court, who will keep watch, when the anticipatory bail is filed, and when it is fixed for hearing before the court. So on the date of hearing, your lawyer will have to remain present in the Court for opposing the Bail.
I practice in Gujarat High Court. So you need any assistance, then feel free to contact me.
