Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir,
I , Sri Bitan Kundu residence at Kolkata under north dum dum municipality intend to purchase a land , the sellers receive the land from Govt. of West Bengal for 999 yrs lease as compensation. Wheather I will get municipality,BLRO mutation on it? Wheather can I get bank loan on this purchase?

Dear Sri Bitan,
In my opinion, since the lease is for 999 years, you should get Municipality, BLRO mutation rights. As regards bank loan, you should show photocopies of the land 7/12 utara to the bank manager to check whether they are willing to grant loan thereon.
