Dear sir,
i am the 5th generation owner of my family property. that Land enjoyment & ownership Register and Revenue record also with my name.
but unrelated person was made by gift settlement to her son legally (unlawful act). recently i aware the encumbrance. so how to i suit filling for cancellation of that gift deed. please advice.
please send the judgement copy of related case (cancellation of that gift deed).

2) What is ur share has to be first determined after examining the documents.
