Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir,

I need to vacate my rented house immediately. But I am struck out station and could not able to come directly. Is there any legal way to vacate my rented house through some other means and hand over the key to house owner?

Dear Sir / Madam,

If your belongings are still in the house, you should personally go and clear them, handover the keys and collect your deposit from the landlord. If there are neither any personal belongings in the house nor any security deposit with the landlord, you may simply courier the keys back to the landlord. As my fellow counsel has already advised, you may arrange to return back the keys to the landlord through your relative or friend.
