Before 15 years we have give this tenament to my uncle for living. We have not taken any rent for that. Now my uncle want to seize that temnament from us.When I have want our tenement back. All lagalised documents of tenament are on my name. but due to trust I have given that documents to my uncle before 2 or 3 years. Now I want my tenament back for that I have done police complaint. But they answered me that We cant do anything in this matter. So now for take my tenament back What should I do? Or What is the legalised process for that? Please give me answer as possible as early.

Dear Kalpik,
You should file an eviction suit against your uncle in the Metropolitan Magistrate Court in your town.
